Q&A
Are there any beverages that should not be used with products that have heat retention capabilities?
Please avoid using dry ice, carbonated drinks, salty foods like soybean paste soup, tea, dairy beverages, etc., in sealed water bottles or thermal bottles. These items can spoil easily, generate gas, and increase pressure inside the container when sealed. This could lead to the lid popping off or the beverage spilling when opened. Kindly refrain from using such beverages.
Can red spots or discoloration occur inside the tumbler?
Red spots or discoloration inside may result from water quality, impurities, or tannin components in beverages like coffee or tea. To address this, fill the tumbler with warm water and 10% vinegar, soak for 30 minutes, then clean with a soft sponge brush.
Water droplets form inside the plastic lid.
This can happen when you pour hot water into it. It is a condensation phenomenon caused by the temperature difference between the container and the surrounding air, and it is not a product defect.
Can I close the lid with a tea bag inside?
If the tea bag swells, it may cause the beverage to leak or spurt out. When using a tea bag, please keep the top lid open.

If you change your mind and wish to return or exchange your order, you must notify us via atomy_eu@atomypark.com within 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) received the products.
If your order is split into several deliveries over different days, you have until 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) received the last delivery to inform us.
After we approve your return/exchange request, we will provide a free return label for you to attach to your parcel.
You must then return the products to us no later than 14 days after the day on which you informed us of your return/exchange.
You may return any product as long as it is in the same condition as when you received it, including the product packaging, or if you discover any defects.

1. Requests submitted more than 14 days after the delivery date will not be accepted.
2. We cannot accept returns of damaged products resulting from the consumer's lack of care.
3. Acceptance of returns for opened or used products will be subject to the decision of the company.
4. Products that are part of a set and have been used cannot be returned.
5. Intentional bulk returns are prohibited.
6. Supplements, promotion items, food, beverages, and cosmetic products can only be returned if they are unopened unless they were already expired upon receipt.
7. Product exchanges must be made for items with the same price and PV as the originally purchased item.
8. Returns of the product due to allergy more than once are not allowed.
