The IPX rating is an international standard for waterproofing set by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC).
The IPX6 & IPX7 ratings of the Atomy Dental Sonic indicate a high level of water resistance.
It can withstand powerful water jets and be submerged in water for about 30 minutes without any damage.
It can also be safely used in humid bathrooms and easily cleaned under running water for hygienic maintenance.

International standard for waterproofing set by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC).
IPX5 Protection against water projected from any direction. IPX6 Protection against powerful water jets or waves, typically meeting IPX1-5 requirements as well. IPX7 Protection against immersion in water at depths of 0.5m-1m for about 30 minutes, separate from IPX1-6. The IPX rating ensures waterproof performance in clean freshwater. When using the Atomy Dental Sonic electric toothbrush, avoid contact with hot water, ice water, soapy water, seawater, or chlorinated pool water. If exposed to beverages, alcoholic drinks, coffee, liquid detergents, vinegar, or similar substances, rinse with room temperature water immediately.
How to use

Brushing
STEP 01.
Hold the electric toothbrush with the toothbrush head dipped in toothpaste and the power button facing upwards. Press the top power button to turn on the power while holding the toothbrush in your mouth.
STEP 02.
Tilt the toothbrush at a 45-degree angle towards your teeth, allowing the ultrasonic-generated toothpaste foam to seep between your gum lines.
STEP 03.
Stay in one spot for 3-5 seconds, then move the toothbrush sideways. Brush for a total of 2 minutes. Divide your teeth into four sections (up, down, left, right) and brush each section for 30 seconds.
STEP 04.
After 2 minutes of use, the power will automatically turn off. If you want to turn off the power during use, press and hold the top power button.
Make sure to put the toothbrush head in your mouth and press the power button when it's covered in toothpaste. Pressing the power button outside your mouth can cause the toothpaste to splatter because of the vibrations.

Atomy Dental Sonic has a smart pressure sensor that detects excessive pressure and adjusts the brush vibration. It notifies you with a vibration alert. With Atomy Dental Sonic, you can brush thoroughly without applying too much pressure. Remember to relax your wrist and brush comfortably for the health of your teeth and gums.

Mode Selection and Vibration Intensity Setting

STEP 01
When the Dental Sonic is not vibrating, press the Mode button at the bottom to select a mode. Each mode is indicated by a lit LED that blinks in different colors, making it easier to see the currently selected mode.

STEP 02
After selecting the desired mode, press the power button at the top with the toothbrush is in your mouth.

STEP 03
While using, adjust vibration intensity with the power button. Set the vibration intensity that suits you best and use it. The bottom LED will blink once, twice, or three times in different colors corresponding to the mode, depending on the vibration intensity.
- While using, you can change the mode by pressing the Mode button.
- When changing the mode using the Mode button while using it, it will operate for 2 minutes after the change.
- Clean mode: Blue/White mode: White/Sensitive mode: Yellow/Gum care mode: Pink

Setting the Dry Mode
After brushing, shake off excess water by flicking the brush, then point the bristles downward. Press and hold the Mode button to activate the Dry mode on the Atomy Dental Sonic.
The Dry mode of the Atomy Dental Sonic vibrates for 10 seconds to remove moisture and inhibit bacterial growth
To stop using the Dry mode, press and hold the Power button.

Charging
After brushing, check the battery level of the Atomy Dental Sonic by looking at the LED color at the bottom.
Connect the charging cradle to a USB power source, place the toothbrush on the cradle, and let it charge.
The LED will show the battery level with a specific color. When the charging is complete, the LED will turn blue for 5 minutes and then turn off.
When using the high-speed charger, the power of the charging cradle may turn off for user safety. In this case, please make sure to thoroughly remove any dust or moisture inside the USB port of the cradle. After that, you can connect it to a low-speed USB charger for normal use.

- If you accidentally expose the Atomy Dental Sonic electric toothbrush body to beverages, alcoholic drinks, coffee, liquid soap, etc., rinse it immediately with room temperature water.
- If the product gets submerged due to careless use, it cannot be repaired or replaced free of charge, so use caution.

- Do not place any magnetic metal objects near the charging stand to ensure effective charging.

If you have a pacemaker or any other medical devices, consult with your primary physician or the manufacturer of the implant device to fully understand before using it. - If you have any medical concerns, consult with a dental specialist before using an electric toothbrush
- This product is designed for cleaning teeth and gums only, so do not use it for any other purposes.
If you experience discomfort or pain during use, stop using the product and consult with a dental specialist. - If the bristles of the toothbrush become flattened or bent, discontinue use and replace them with replacement brush heads.
Do not use toothbrush heads from other companies, except for genuine replacement brush heads provided by the manufacturer.
Note that warranty coverage is not provided for any issues that may arise from using non-genuine brush heads. - If the toothpaste you are using contains hydrogen peroxide, sodium bicarbonate, or sodium carbonate (main ingredients in whitening toothpaste), thoroughly rinse the brush head with water after brushing.

Disposal
To dispose of the battery, you will need the following materials
Towel, hammer, and a flathead (standard) screwdriver (Protect your eyes, hands, fingers, and the work surface)

STEP 01
Make sure the battery is completely discharged. If it is not discharged, turn on the electric toothbrush and repeat the operation until it no longer functions.
When disposing, ensure that the battery is completely depleted. Once separated, it cannot be restored.

STEP 02
Dispose of the brush head separately.

STEP 03
Wrap the lower part of the handle with a towel or cloth, then hold the upper part of the handle with one hand and use a hammer to strike the area 2 cm above the bottom of the handle case. Strike all four sides forcefully with the hammer to separate the end cap.
To separate the staff-type connector inside, you may need to strike the end multiple times.

STEP 04
Detach the end cap from the toothbrush handle. If it doesn't come off easily, repeat the process until the end cap is separated.

STEP 05
Hold the handle upside down and strike it on a firm surface. If the internal components don't separate easily from the case, repeat the process multiple times (strike 2 cm above the bottom of the case with a hammer).

STEP 06
Remove the black battery cover and use a small flathead screwdriver to grip and pull the battery to separate it from the internal components. (Use caution as the sharp edges of the battery tab can cause finger injuries.)

STEP 07
Cut the battery wire from the circuit board next to the battery.

STEP 08
Attach tape to the battery contact surface to prevent electric shock from remaining battery charge. Dispose of the rechargeable battery as recyclable waste and separate the remaining parts of the product for recycling.
